Updating a Maintenance Contract

You can update the details of a contract in the maintenance contracts file, and you can delete contracts you no longer require. Note that you cannot delete contracts that are assigned to active jobs or that have plant items assigned.

  1. Open the Maintenance Contract screen for the contract you want to update or delete.

Refer to "Accessing the Maintenance Contracts File".

  1. Optionally, recall a contract by selecting FILE | FIND.
  1. Update the contract details on the following tabs as required:
  1. Select FILE | SAVE to save your changes.
  1. To delete the contract displayed, select FILE | DELETE.
